By purchasing or using any product from AquaPool, you agree to the terms of this Limited Warranty Policy ("Warranty"). Please read this policy carefully before using our products.
1. Scope and Coverage of Warranty
This Warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from AquaPool through our official website or authorized sellers for personal use.
We warrant that every product sold by AquaPool will be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality under normal residential use during the applicable warranty period.
This Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Warranty Period
Main Pool Cleaner Unit
The following components are covered by a 24-Month Limited Warranty from the original purchase date:

Internal electronics (PCB)

Wheels and drive system

Plastic housing

Charging adapter
3. Accessories and Consumable Parts
The following accessories are covered for 90 days from the original purchase date:

Filter basket

Roller brush
-
Charging cable
-
Cleaning pads
-
Clips and small accessories
Consumable parts subject to normal wear and tear are not covered after the 90-day warranty period.
4. Warranty Start Date
The warranty begins on the original purchase date shown on your order confirmation, invoice, or receipt.
For pre-orders, the warranty period begins on the shipping date.
5. What We Will Do
If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, AquaPool may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product

Replace the defective component

Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent

Provide a replacement unit
If the issue is covered by this Warranty, there will be no additional charge for the repair or replacement.
6. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage

Drops, cracks, or impact damage

Water damage caused by improper use

Misuse or abuse

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage caused by third-party accessories

Failure to follow product instructions

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Normal wear and tear

Lost or stolen products

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Products without valid proof of purchase
7. Shipping for Warranty Claims
Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to our inspection center.
If the issue is confirmed as a valid warranty claim, AquaPool will cover the return shipping costs.
If the issue is not covered under this Warranty, shipping and handling charges may apply.
8. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible DOA claims may qualify for:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AquaPool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the product.
