We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all eligible orders placed through our website.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Canada

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Guam

  • American Samoa

  • Northern Mariana Islands

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

We are continuously working to expand our shipping coverage.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will multiple items arrive together?

Whenever possible, we ship all items together.

However, depending on product availability or warehouse locations, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, but only before your order has been shipped.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.


Important Information

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

  • AquaPool is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.

  • If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
